Iam a startups participant with experience in Design management, operations and Project Management for setting up and commissioning Real Estate, Healthcare and Educational projects. 

A dynamic multi-tasking professional with 24 years of experience in overseas and multicultural set-ups. I have spent my career with Global Real Estate companies, world class Healthcare and Education providers, large modular furniture manufacturer as their client representative, conceptualizing the projects from feasibility to handover to the operations team. I was responsible for the management of external stakeholders and all internal departments in the organization, align their tasks, KPI's and deliverable's with the project timelines and regular follow ups with them to ensure the tasks are completed on time.

For the past decade, I was leading Design and Project management of educational projects in GCC, Africa and India. I have developed and implemented template designs for K-12 schools for budget, mid-market and premium schools across various curriculum. Developed check sheets for critical information related to selection of appropriate land parcel for schools, capacity checks, preparation of RFP for selection of architects and check sheet for calculation of Capex for school projects. I was responsible for the complete life-cycle of school projects. Selection of land parcel, review and inputs to develop Lease and Procurement agreements, supporting preparation of business plans, feasibility study, appointment of consultants & contractors, project management and handover of the school building to the operations and academic team.

My skills and experience as an Architect with in-depth knowledge of educational buildings, its relationship with the curriculum, integration of IT, security systems, equipment's, hands on experience in fit-outs, project contract & procurement management of international architects and contractors are the key elements that I have acquired during my career.  This accumulation of knowledge and experience culminated in creating a concept called "Clinic in a Box" for healthcare projects and also authoring my first book on school design called "School Design - A Comprehensive Guide".   

In my illustrious career I have successfully completed milestone projects with renowned companies like Godrej & Boyce, Danway, Welcare World Health Systems, Emaar Properties, GEMS Education, Evolvence Knowledge Investments and Al Najah Education.
